Refund policy

Pre-owned (renewed) mattresses: All sales are final. Pre-owned mattresses are sold as-is, with no warranty, and are not returnable.

New mattresses: New mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against defects, including body indentations greater than 3/4 inch and splitting or cracking of the foam or coils. The purchaser is responsible for transportation costs on warranty claims. Liquid damage is not covered.

If a new mattress arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim and make it right.
